Who we are

In India, we have ratings for restaurants, cars, stocks or companies - but what about NGOs / Non-Profits? Billions of money donated by corporates, philanthropists, governments, and individual donors is spent on ‘Charities’. But, how effective this spending is? To answer this, the idea of Prime Charity was born in 2017.

Prime Charity Foundation (PCF) is a charity rating and impact assessment platform that empowers donors to make informed giving decisions while supporting ethical, efficient, and high-impact non-profits and social enterprises.

Prime Charity’s services include Nonprofits Ratings, Impact Assessments, CSR Consulting, Donor Advisory, Social Audits, and facilitate listing on the Social Stock Exchange (SSE).

PCF’s proprietary GEI Framework evaluates NGOs on three key parameters: Governance, Efficiency, and Impact, while fostering transparency, accountability, and measurable outcome in the social sector.
